...Without having much clue of what exactly I'm going to get, apart 50 ponies on top of the ''standard'' X6 5.0 model and some body mods...

Do you have any link with fresh and updated infos?

Thanks.

count yourself lucky you get more power, and it isn't just a BMW dress up edition!

Well, it has 455 hp and 650 of torque...that alone worths the 6.500 Euros over the price of stock model, but I know there is more (20' wheels...among others).

£71000?!?! I'd sooner buy a late used M5 for half that and pocket the rest.

You will never use all that power no way, std car is quick enough. I drove the X5M and after my chipped X6 felt no real improvement at all and the price.............laugh mental.

I'm not buying the 550hp M version but a new intermediate version of the X6 5.0 with a M performance upgrade...its' 450hp with a few body upgrades.

The X6M would be too expensive anyway.

Not sure I really understand: You mean that you parted with a very signicant sum of your hard-earned, but you were not given or did not inquire about all the information about the car you just bought???

Of course I have infos but as this model just went out a month ago (at least in Spain, where I live at the moment) and exactly the very day I ordered it, I just have seen an internal to Bmw sheet with a few details of the new M kit for the X6, and anyway I got the car because together with a 50 ponies engine upgrade it has also a few body mods, I know well the X6, and I wanted the 5.0 model, the extra bill for the kit was 6.500 euros so I got it...but actually apart from a few details and a pic, I couldn't see any other infos but that was enough anyway to make the decision.

I was thinking that meantime you guys could have had a few more pics or maybe there was some videos around with the modded car running....

Does it sound so exotic???

So you ticked an option for a €6500 'upgrade' without really knowing what you were getting but its actually us that's stupid for not subsequently finding out more info for you?

Whats the relevance to a x6 5.0?
