E36 M3 Coupe Rear Speaker Questions

I dont want to make my ears bleed but the speakers in my car are shot to pieces.

I wanted to replace them with something newer but I don't know what size they are!

I would guess the rear parcel shelf jobbies are 6.5'' and the front footwell units 5&1/4'' Is this correct?

I cant remember the exact sizes,
but I had a 'rainbow' sound system in mine....it was a bit pricey, but it will make your ears bleed with clarity and volume.

Both front and rear speakers are 130mm for the standard ssound set up. Autoleads sell an adapter ring that allows 6x9 to be installed without any cutting or modifying retaining the OE look for the rear shelf.
