E46 M3 Suspension Geometry

Hi Guys,
My '53 E46 M3 has had rear bushes and springs done (amongst other things) and new font control arm due to excessive ball joint wear. Before the rear suspension was done it was scrubbing the rears on the inside and since it was done it appears to be scrubbing the outsides quite badly.
So now everything mechanical is sorted its time for a full geo set up to hopefully get it all back to spec.
Everything on the car is standard and I am wondering if anyone has any advice on geo setups for the M3?
- What are the standard settings?
- Are there any other recommended set ups?
- Does anyone have any general things to look out for?
