Anyone know a good E36 (M3) specialist in Essex?

I've got a '94 E36 3.0 M3 and suddenly have a suspension related issue - it's taken to "diving heavily" / unexpected over-steering into medium-speed corners. Suspect RTAB's or something related. Poss dampers too will need replacing. In addition, it'll need a service II, and a general going over to ensure everything else is up to speed - prob going to treat it to a re-trim in next month or two, and given cost spent so far it makes no sense to flog it just yet.

Also looking for any advice re improving handling/power for these from anyone that's done the work.

I'm in the Colchester area. Any recommendations for the above work would be fantastic.
