hi,

could you tell me if I wanted to freshen up the suspension with new bushes. Which one I should change.

oh sorry, its a 95 e36 m3 with 100k miles.

main ones to do on that will be the front control arm bushes, and possibly the front wishbones if they are original, and the rear trailing arm bushes.

if you are feeling and drivetrain shunt, then add diff carrier bushes and a new prop donut

On a couple of rear axles I've seen having come off cars done just over 100k I would say the diff carrier bushes wouldn't realy need doing.

Also, pull back the carpet in the boot round the top of the damper top mounts, have a look at these as they usually need replacing by now.

thanks for the suggestions, i will change the wishbone bushes and maybe the rear trailing arm.
Can i ask what i can do to reduce roll in the rear.

higher poundage springs and a larger anti roll bar kit.
