Mileage - effect on value?

Hi Guys,
I am about to put my 2007 White e92 M3 up for sale
but am unsure where to pitch the price as the mileage is well under average having covered just 10,500!
The car is also high spec. (Logic 7, PDC, Heated Seats, Voice, High Gloss Shaddow, Extended leather, Bluetooth, USB/Ipod, Pro Nav, Connected drive etc. etc.) Supplied and serviced by Sytner Leicester with next service due in 7k miles & 9mths BMW Warranty remaining. (brake fluid service carried out Oct. '09) I will Tax it for 12mths (£405) and replace the original rear tyres (£500) before sale.
I was thinking of advertising here on Pistonheads for £35,995.
