36PSI front and rear, that should be good. I run 37PSI front and rear using 265/40/18 and 245/40/18 these are my winter set on the new M3.
I will run the same pressures on the 19" going on this week.

Wow, that is high... run mine at 32 front and 34 rear when the car hasn't been moved for a while. My tyre sizes are identical to yours and I picked these up after doing some extensive research on here...

Have to say they were at 34fr and 36b at the weekend (as last checked in the cold a few weeks ago) and the car felt a tad harsh... it certainly felt much better when I dropped them all back down.

Remember the M3 is 200kg heavier than the Z so probably why is needs a few PSI more... Let me know how you get on though.

Fully loaded and/or high speed driving needs 38 front 40 Rear, be warned 32PSI is too low.

Is that for the M3 though, as that does seem about right? Z4M owner manual has the standard wheel at 30/32 fr/rr... When fully loaded it recons move up to 33/38, but that is adding 265kg...

I would be surprised if changing to CSL rims would need that much more pressure... Anyone else have any views?

33 rear and 32 front is the best combination for me on 19's with PS2's or Cups. As others have said this isn't for an M3 so different pressures apply.
