Lol, I thought the same at that post too.
I think he's suggesting that EU/US collectors are buying our more desirable cars due to the weak pound. The benefit we have to limit this though is the fact that our cars are RHD - so unless it was hugely desirable, I can't see it having much impact.
In reality I think it's probably due to the fact that we're coming out of winter and entering summer which is always a favourable time for the car market. I would imagine it's mostly seasonal, although do remember that the e46 has taken a massive hit in the last two years (as with most cars) due to the state of the economy. Decent specced cars are having a bit of a bounce back in values now.
