Ok so mine are shot. What to do for the best ? Replace with oe? Upgrade?

What do you use the car for?

For road use, OEM discs and different pads in my opinion. Standard discs with Performance Friction Z-rated pads (and decent fluid) is actually a very effective set-up.

If you track the car, a big brake kit is expensive, but awesome.
