I have no doubt many of you will have seen this before, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m2Vt3ybz0t0 if you haven't, enjoy.

The reason for my post is this... what's that damned whistling noise? Almost sounds like a supercharger.

Hmmm... Does indeed sound like a supercharger but don't think Chris Harris' M5 has one!

Nice video, really like Chris Harris' style of presentation.

As for the whistling noise, it sounds more like some interference being picked up by the microphone, same sort of thing you can get via the radio if there's not enough shielding etc. Could be wrong though smile

A pity Drivers Republic folded. Chris Harris the presenter is now working at Evo magazine, and is again making videos there. I think the standard of his videos is better than Top Gear or Fifth Gear - at least for the PH viewer.
