e46 3.91 / 4.10 diff

Has anyone on here changed their diff ratio to either 3.91 or 4.10?
If so, what are your impressions?

4.10

lifts the revs by some margin especially in the top end of the rev range

eg 3000 revs in 4th gear is 55mph with 3.62 whereas 3000 revs in 5th gear is 55mph ith 4.10

eg 5000 revs in 5th gear with 3.62 is 104mph whereas 5000 revs in 5th gear with 4.10 is 92 mph

its fine in my weekend/track car but you would get bored of it in a daily drive car.
