Hi peeps,

Just wondered if i could get some advice on buying an E36 M3 Evo Coupe. I currently have a Yamaha enduro bike worth about £2k and have been offered an Estoril Blue E36 M3 Evo as a swap, also with £3k going the M3 owners way.

The car is a 1998 Estoril Blue 3.2 E36 Evo Coupe Manual with 77k on the clock, recorded as a Stolen Recovered.

I planned on buying an E36 to have as a track car, possibly a 328 Coupe and upgrading it with an 3.2 Evo LSD and Evo brakes.

As i am only 24 insurance is astronomical and the car will have to be towed to the track so i would have to do my B + E parts of my liscence but as i plan to have track cars for the foreseeable future this is a must anyway.

Just wondered what you guys think this M3 is worth, if i do get it i plan to strip it, fit bucket seats, coilovers, adjustable top mounts and upgrade the brake pads and polybush everything.
