Did this ever belong to someone on here - there are Pistonhead stickers on the rear quarter window.

Looks like a good buy now, as the price has been reduced...

Good colour combo and has the essential spec (Bluetooth/Nav).

Seems remarkably cheap. The only thing I didn't like was the tatty driver's seat.

I noticed the seat too, seems strange.

It'd be nice to know a bit more history on it - anyone?!

Don't know the car, but I can't see the cruise control stick on the left had side of the steering wheel...?

Also looks as if it doesn't have heated seats. Not a prob if its a summer car, but def worth having if it is an all year rounda.

Reduced price could be due to it needing either an Insp I or II service in the near future based on age and mileage, and / or condition of tyres, brakes etc...

Z4M coupe is a craking car though, so even if this is not the one for you, def recomend you buy one... not being biased of course! biggrin

Good points, thanks. Am tempted to stick with BMW AUC, for peace of mind really. Just waiting for the right one to appear...

The badge on the grill needs to come off..Does seem quite cheap. I would check the service history and make sure it's got the 1200 mile running in service.

That's my old car!

I bought it in Jan 08 from an Indie dealer and sold it back to BMW Sytner Solihull in Oct 08. I think another PH'er has bought and sold it since then.

I put the black/white badges on it, but not the M Badge on the front grille.

It doesn't have heated seats, which was a bummer for me, but the leather was still in pretty good nick when I sold it.It does have Nav/Bluetooth but that's it for extras.

BTW I I paid less than what it is up for now, and still made a profit on it when I sold it.

It did have its 1200 mile service stamped - at around 900+ miles. It will probably be due and Insp II if not already had it.

Good car, but don't really miss it.

Would love to change up my Elise 111R to one of these.

Very nice.

Love the coupe looks but to really appreciate that engine you need that top down

If you fancy selling that strut brace then I'm interested...

Why go AUC when you can buy an 08 plate privately that will still be in its original warranty?

There is an 08 with half the miles of the cars above in the classifieds for just over 22k!

It's a roadster but there is no noticeable difference in handling and as the chap above said, you need to drop the roof to appreciate that motor fully...

Having spent the day hooning around the southern Lakes with the top down I can't see why you would prefer a coupe, but there's no denying the coupe is a fantastic looking car, especially with a set of CSLs on like Shunts.

You know i would have to agree with you. I sold mine about a year ago and i do not miss it either. It was a great car and i have fond memories, but not one of the ones i would call a keeper, like the ones you always promise yourself you will buy back if you become a millionaire

I had one and sold it after a few months. Only thing I miss is the noise (although my new C4S isn't half bad)

The average half life of Z4M ownership is probably about 6 weeks...
