m3 e36 cab

hi, looking at a m3 e36 cabriolet, the only thing it requires is a roof motor, how much should i expect the parts to cost, and has anyone else experianced this? thanks

Personally I'd have it checked out by someone that knows about these hoods before buying it as the mechanism is quite complex and there could be alot more wrong with it than just the motor. There are two motors, one for the hood itself and the other for the hood compartment. Does it do anything at the moment when you try to put it down?
