I am going to fit an after market exhaust on to my e92 m3, has this effected anyones warranty? Cheers

There is no concrete answer. Technically the warranty is void the second you stick an exhaust on it.

In reality they'll fix stuff not related but expect them to kick up a fuss if it's engine/gearbox related.

Eg gearbox fails. Very easy for them to argue that exhaust increases power and therefore stress on the box which therefore caused the failure.

It's a risk, as normal.

Legally yes.

If the engine goes and it's got a rude exhaust they'll tell you to pay!

Keep the old exhaust and refit if you ever need to get warranty work done.

Plus a complete pain as in my experience if you put a reasonable mileage on an e9x M3 it needs dealer visits every few months.
