Stereo I pod lead.

Hi Guys,

I have an 51 plate e46 m3 and was wondering if any one no's about fitting an i pod lead to the aux on the rear of the stereo. I heard it can be done but not sure. I have the sat nav/tv face for the head unit.
Can any confirm if this is possible for this model,

tried it myself...bought the adaptor...fitted as instructed - headunit never 'switched' to the new input.

Even took it to a car stereo shop and got them to fiddle with it...no luck.

Not sure what that tells you...I had the Professional unit...with HK package
