Wheel Damage when changing tyres

I had all 4 tyres changed yesterday and notice today that 2 of the wheels
are now damaged around the rim although it appears they are damaged in the same place that had been previous repaired.

Do you think it is unfair to go back to the tyre company and ask them to repair the wheels (which make have been weaker due to the repairs)?

Got to be worth a try, if I was in the same position I would go back.
