E92 Diff Leaking??

Hi, I had my car up in the air the other day ('08 M3, 20k miles) to swap some wheels/tyres around. I thought I'd stick the car right up in the air for a look. Once underneath I noticed that the diff seems to be leaking from the right hand side where Driveshaft enters. Has anyone else had any issues with their diff?? It's booked in next Wednesday for a look.

Diff seals are a common one with the M5. I guess it reaches the M3 too.

No biggey. Just driveshaft out and a new seal and fluids put in. Its a warranty job.
