Universal remote control M6

Can anyone tell me what features this gives you? Also can I remote lower/raise roof?

The universal remote control on my M5 is basicaly a garage/gate door opener..
Its fitted to the mirror and you can program codes into it to enable you to open doors and gates etc.
I dont use it but Im pretty sure without looking that it has three buttons.

I would imagine that if you had a remote roof opening facility it would be via your fob .. as it is with the windows/sunroof etc
