Anyone here had the E46 M3 remap from Evolve that can offer comment, good or bad? (feel free to PM due to PH naming and shaming issues!)

Cheers

I had my Z3M Coupe and my CSL remapped at Evolve and can only praise these guys.

I was given a folder showing the power graphs before and after.

They use Dyno Dynamics Rolling roads so the quality of kit is good.

I never saw a massive increase in power but this is what they explained however the flat spots were removed and the car felt more driveable.

When I was there they had some interesting metal including a 1 series rnning silly power and a black MCoupe with BBS Split rims. A friend of mine also uses Evolve and he runs a 996 GT2. Says it all really.

great reviews of them, they did my Z3M and sqeezed a few extra brake from it , but the main thing was the way it transformed it with no flat spots etc, throttle repsonse was much better.

Good guys, they know there stuff.

This sounds very good. I'm tempted to give them a go as I'm more interested in low to mid response, smoothness and linearity.

Can I ask how much it costs?

I've heard AAT are good too. Anyone used them?

Hi all

Definitley a good recommendation for AAT in E46 M3 re-mapping. They had a review in the BMW car magazine some months back and were amongst the first if not the first UK tuning companies to successfully and reliably tune the E46 M3 engine on a consistent basis.

Some of the E46 M3 owners on the specific M3cutters forum have used AAT and all provide positive feedback for them.

Cheers, Dennis!

+1

Still very happy with the Evolve map on my E36 EVO loaded 25K miles ago. They don't make pie in the sky claims for big power and torque improvements but the the car is so much better to drive I'd advocate anyone to do it.

I used evolve to remap my e46 m3 and I cant speak highly enough of them.

I also had a csl carbon airbox fitted before they remapped it and I would also recommend this as the noise is just amazing and I gained around 25bhp too
