Mobile scratch and stone chip repairers

Anyone used any?
I got a deep-ish scratch to remove and the front end looks like a starry sky after my polishing efferots.
I jsut wanted to hear some feedback if anyone has tried out any touch up people and how they got on?

I have used Andy at Refresh Autos for work on my RX8 and he is booked next week to do some work on the M5.
