E92 19" M3 Wheels

A friend is getting a current shape M3. It's got the smaller of the wheels available (18" ?)

Where would be the best place to get a set of the larger 19" rims from ? I'm guessing at the BMW main dealer the costs are going to be horrific.

I have got a set of Genuine 19" for sale bought from a BMW dealer used twice for track days so as new fitted with 70% Michelin PS Cup tyres. The wheels were sprayed black by the dealer.
