E92 M3 top speed...

de-limited, does anyone know the official top speed? seen a video on youtube of it getting to 300kph without too many problems and was still pulling, but that's obviously speedo indicated, not GPS. i've heard it's over 190mph, but no idea whether it's true or not.

Official topspeed: 155 (limited)... :-) Derestricted would guess around 186 mph, based on what the E39 M5 does (similar power, more torque but probably slightly more drag).

M cars have a top speed of 260kph when limited. That equates to 162 mph.

De limited a standard one could do 300kph with the wind behind it

If you look in the back of the owners manual, there is reference to an increase in restricted top speed to (IIRC) 275 kph.

yes it's a stage 1 (i think...) delimit offered by bmw as part of the M drivers pack. this was applied to the car as an option so the car here is limited to 275kph, not the 250kph, but i know the car will go faster than that with a full de-limit. just wondered what it was.
