M3 Monte Carlo

Hi,

I'm thinking about getting a second hand V8 M3. i like the look of the Monte Carlo. how many of these where build and or shipped to the UK? Also what is the difference between this and an M3 with a competition pack on it?

Is there anyone the owns one of these or has any feedback to give me before i consider a purchase?

M3 Monte carlo is the same as Dakar and Alpine white edtion models, they had a few choice bits like black kidney grils, motif on the sill plate, black tail pipes and 10mm drop amongst other things.

There were 200 off each of the colours made..

They are basically the same as the competition pack cars, they were released earlier as a special edition before the kit became available as the competition pack about 6 months later.

They tend to be high spec cars as many were in stock at BMW dealers rather than ordered from the factory.
