any experience or advice you can share is greatly appreciated. o/e sachs currently fitted. i don't want to lower the ride height, but would consider adjustables if available; at times and especially on bumpy uk roads, i find the rebound can be too fast, not only for comfort, but for traction aswell. i run an audi a4 diesel se aswell and recently had bilsteins fitted; find them way too sharp/fast for an se spec car tbh. obviously i appreciate there is a trade-off for comfort against performance, but if anyone can relate to this issue, i'd be grateful for their input.

My E46 M3 had Hamann springs with the OEM Sachs/Boges which very subtly dropped the car 15mm at the front and 10mm at the rear. Made the ride great on the B-roads in Kent and at the Ring. No idea about costs though as they were fitted by the German owner before me... Perhaps worth looking into Eibach/H&R springs first?

I am looking to lower my E46 M3 too. Was thinking of Eibach as I only want a slight drop, not the slammed beyond hope look!

You on 18 or 19" rims? Going to 18"s makes a big difference.
