Repair Problems :-(

I took my E46 M3 in to the local body shop on the 8th December for repairs/respray & they still haven't completed the work required.

It's been nearly 3 months to do an estimated weeks work

I visited today to see the progress & they've bodged the work they have done so far & not finished

Does anyone know where I stand if I want to collect the car & take it else where?
