Got a new M car coming soon and think graphite/grey wheels might look good on it (it's white). A little nervous about having brand new wheels 'mucked around with' so, has anyone here used a company that they'd be happy to recommend? West country would be ideal but tbo don't mind where they are - high quality the most important thing.

Cheers all.

Just had my Z4M roadster wheels refurbed by www.exelwheels.co.uk.Speak to Chris who in my opinion is a bit of a perfectionist when it comes to quality.I was delighted by the finish on my wheels,no finger prints,no orange peel or dirt blisters.

Wheelgenie in Huntingdon are very good but may be too far away for you ~ worth checking out the gallery to see what they can do though.

They are excellent & have a place in Swindon.

Pristine Wheels, based near Milton Keynes, also very good and will pick up the wheels from you.

I'd be tempted to keep the original finish at the outset, and then if you get some kerbing to then get the wheels refurbed/finished as you like.

How much are the wheels? The dealer may offer a special price as a "winter set".

Kerbing, KERBING! Me? Never! Seriously am a bit sad about kerbing - often have to 'walk to the kerb' after I've parked as HATE kerbing wheels!

Thanks for the thoughts/info guys. Will check various suggestions out. If I keep the car long enough will be going for set of winter tyres and wheels later in year so that's a good suggestion too.

The Swindon Lepsons did my wheels. The price was very reasonable, and the finish is high quality, and has proved durable.

Had a chat with Lepsons - they seem to say the right things. Going to see them next week. I'm sure all will be fine in which case will drive car straight there from dealer when it arrives.

Again, thanks for advice all.

Which dealer are you buying from?

Why don't you ask them if they will send the wheels there for you themselves, so that the car is to your requirements when you pick it up from them?

Can't fault Pristine Wheels, been there with three different cars so can't be a lucky flook.

They are in Woburn Sands, which is still Milton Keynes, Junction 13 M1 if you go but they will collect and deliver
