Help !

Hi guys. New here. Bought a m3 e46 cab yesterday. Sun shining etc so I thought I'd have the roof down. It went down but didn't seem to finish it's cycle. Just lots of clicking at the end. But now the roof doesnt go up ??? Any ideas guys would be appreciated
And can you over ride it manually so I can take it out the garage

Have you had a look around to make sure there is nothing obvious obstructing or jamming the folding mechanism? I seem to remember mine getting stuck once on the way down.

The best thing to do would be to try to get the roof back up first.Try giving it a bit of manual assistance while someone is in the car pressing the close button.It might just be a bit stuck if the roof has been up over the winter months(rear windows tend to stick aswell if not been lowered for a while).

Did you try opening and closing the roof before you bought the car? Something you should always check as i would imagine they could be quite costly if things go wrong.

Have you checked the boot luggage shelf isn't up? Small thing but could help?
