e36 m3 big brake kit, bias issue

just fitted a 6-pot, 4-pot setup on my 3.0l m3.

the brakes have bled ok and the pedal is good with the stock MC and servo. Only problem is excessive rear bias.

has anyone had experience of resolving this type of issue with either a proportioning valve, retaining standard MC and servo, or replacing with a tilton / ap pedal box with their MC's etc.
