Like that in green - a LOT.

Got any stills of the wheels? Are they the normal ones powdercoated or a different style?

Edit: Is that red one a Coupe? Looks like something weird going on with the rear deck/window interface?

I was standing next to this yesterday and didn't get any pictures, banghead

I must say the car was a black car wrapped as they didn't have a sprayed car in time.

The green is bloody violent in sunlight, really really sparkly and spangly. Think candy muscle car/Harley.

Apart from it being a bit too Dame Edna glitter it looked really good, but £22,995 I think.

I think the red one is just abit too much photoshop.. It looks to me to be a RHT and just the actual top is black not the cover bit.

The wheels are identical in style to yours just with a gunmetal finish smile

All the coupe convertibles have that odd rear deck/window interface. That's the main reason I prefer the look of the soft-top.

The rear deck is raised slightly, the red 5 above looks weird around the interface with different colours. It looks like a coupe to me.

So there you go - that's a coupe as well. You can tell from the deck and the chrome strip on the grille. So, the deck is green, but the rest of the PRHT roof is black? Doesn't work for me.

This one needs to be soft top only imo if I'm right.

Not sure about the roof on production but this one would almost certainly be black as it was wrapped and probably hadn't done the roof.

The colour is about that, in direct sunlight it was even more glittery.

I don't think they've got the Spirit Green right on there, it doesn't usually look very glittery. That I can remember, anyway.

Is it the Mazda2 colour? Is that not flat?

They've also done the Mazda2 in the same style.. With a black roof on it, and some multispoke black/silver wheels.

Quote from the Brochure;

"In 1990 an icon was born. Almost 21 years later it has produced something dark, something sinister, something Black.. The Mazda MX5 Sport Black is brought to life! Not even the night can hold back this Limited Edition; the Black takes no prisoners, giving the sense of pure isolation, infinite darkness and silence, untl the engine comes to life.. Named after its unique Black design features, the Sport Black doesn't only shout exlusive styling, it screams it, invades the mind and is the souls guilty pleasure. The Blacks immortality seduces the six senses and releases the seven sins. Envy has a new twin, and its getting dark out.."

hehe

I do agree WRT the noise of the engine, they really should stick a Larini on there or something.

I would have bought mine in that green if only it had been available. I ended up going for the copper red.

I do like the black wing mirrors.

I'm so annoyed they didn't bring this out 18 months earlier.

Seriously tempted to get one of these. I've been looking to change the MK3 for a while now...
