MOT Failure

So that time of year again! Took it in and it's failed on one thing.... when the rear lights are on, and the indicator is on the rear light flashes a tiny amount. Like literally a barely noticeable amount, no idea how he spotted it! Spent a few hours trying to sort it, new bulbs, re earthed but it still does it.

Took it to a different garage this morning and they've said there's no way it should have failed on that, they couldn't even notice the problem! So they're doing an MOT on it as we speak.

Would this give me any come back on the first garage or is it just a case of suck it up and not go back there in future?

You should have asked the first garage for an appeal form. Now you have had another mot you'v not a leg to stand on.........

oh well, 2nd MOT only cost 30 quid so no big loss
