What battery charger?
Discussion
The Westco (sealed) battery in my MX5 has went flat, I've read somewhere that it needs a special (trickle?) charger to charge it?
Would something like this do the job?

I have a £10 voucher for Halfrauds.

No but this one should. However I have that charger and it doesn't work very well on my Westco.
What you want is an Optimate 4. I have one of these too and not only does it keep my Westco in tip-top condition but it's also recovered my old Westco that had gone dead and wouldn't take any charge from my Halfords charger and sat outside in the frost, snow & ice all winter! I'm keeping that one as a spare now
( Cheaper on eBay)

Is it that the Westco requires very low amps?
How is something like this available:

Something like that would actually work but the Optimate has a number of different automatic charging cycles so will keep a good battery topped up and will also recover very discharged batteries, something most chargers have trouble with - they might put a charge into the battery but not a deep charge so they drain again quickly.
