Cold air feed?

Hi all

I have just bought a second hand air filter, its all fitted but i do not have a cold air feed.. Any ideas what i can use to make one and where i can get it from?

mk1?

Best bet is a randall cowl style filter (google this). Basically uses your existing airbox and a length of intake pipe, cut a hole in your firewall at the back RH side of the enginebay and suck in nice cold air from the high pressure area in the scuttle panel.

Or you can get a vented headlight cover.

If mk2 its a bit more limiting.

it requires a bit of brave DIY but is proven and is a very cheap mod to do smile
