Best all weather tyres?

Hi all just done some reading and im still no better off, whats the general opinion with regards to the best all round weather tyres and best winter tyres for the standard wheels. also what size wheels do you all recommend - 15 or 16? mk2.5

Hankook w310s on 15s for our 2.5 last Winter - excellent, and will be back on again when the weather gets cold again.

Uniroyal Rainsport 2 on 16" wheels (Mk 2.5 1.8 Sport). Highly rated in all the reviews, and very impressive so far.

Yep, use these as our Summer tyres.
