I noticed a bunch of very smart Japanese imports in my lunch hour in Canterbury. Hidden at the back is a blue UK MX5 with cream leather and a tatty hood. It is up for £2K but the guy said something along the lines of £1500 would secure. Might be worth a look. I know they arent exactly thin on the ground! Very close to Canterbury West Railway Station. Dealer is Kent Cars of Canterbury Ltd.

Looks pretty good and well priced from the photos but you just can't tell without a closer inspection. Certainly worth a look, just inspect it well for rust in the sills and/or quality of previous repairs. Don't let the mileage put you off, it's almost completely unimportant i.e. only of importance when comparing 2 cars of the same spec/standard.
