I've had a rear caliper replaced. I've given it a few hundred miles to bed in. The service and parking brake work fine. However I noticed a creaking noise from the rear if you just touch the brake pedal (before the brakes bite, goes away when they do). I have traced this to movement between the the rubber slider boot and the caliper. There seems lot of free play. Is this an issue that will go away by tightening the hex screw to bring the pads closer to the disc ?
