Quick hard top question.

I need to adjust the clamps on my hard top. Which screws am I tightening? The ones on the hardtop itself or the ones on the car? Also the hardtop screws are Philips and the ones on the car itself are torx... Weird huh?

Adjust because its not clamping down too tight?

Then neither. You adjust the clamp tension - lift the clamp open. Pull the plastic locking part out of the way. Adjust the hexagonal tie rod in or out to adjust the clamp tension.

Ah brilliant thanks. It's currently too loose - getting wind noise at motorway speeds from the front and some movement when i move off our wonky drive.
