Well, at home in Ireland, I'll definitely do a few at Mondello Park this year. May travel to Kirkistown as well - haven't done that one yet.

And a good mate of mine in England has just bought a Mk2 with the plan of track-slagging it. I may therefor make it over to a few MOT days and start to get to know some UK tracks. Which I'm a bit excited about. smile

I'm booked up for Croft on the 7th July. Doing this one with my son, he'll be in his Fiesta Zetec S. Should be good fun. His first track day. I've done Croft before on a bike. I'm going to keep an eye on the weather in Feb, and I think I'll do Cadwell on the 19th £89. Sounds good.

So far I've booked Castle Combe on 25th Feb., and I have an eye on Llandow this Wednesday, if the weather looks half decent.

I seem to live in the part of the country where there are no tracks nearby. My nearest are Bedford and Abingdon, I'm thinking of doing the latter on the 24th Feb.

Yep, didn't get chance this year but will be doing some next year. Llandow circuit I would imagine. I've heard it's quite small and twisty and suits MX5s very well. driving

Could do Llandow when it gets a bit warmer, pitch a tent at the campsite next door.

My track car wont be ready, but Im tempted by this because even though itll be bitterly cold, its my birthday!

I'll have to take the hard top off though as I cant fit with a helmet on without the top down.....

Castle Combe on Feb 25 definitely.

Hopefully a trip up to Blyton for June 30, quite excited by this one as I used to live in that atrea when I was 10, so will have to grab the opportunity to go off and explore!
(Plus of course the circuit is brilliant too.)

And loads in between I hope.

What's the score in leaving bits like spare wheel, pump, tools lying around? Are there lots of piles of stuff stored in the dry somewhere?

Well when ive been to donington with others, we have left stuff in the garages whilst out on track and its been fine. At blyton the is a big hanger you can use, and one of my customer even managed to leave his car in it over night ready for his 2nd track day in 2days and it was left in there lovked over night which was good.
Generally you dont get s at track days!
I for one wouldnt be able to drive with spare tyres and tools in the car on track so they will have to be fine hehe

I just have a waterproof bag and a tote box for that kind of kit - which gets left wherever I park in the paddock.

At most tracks, you have somewhere you can shelter if the weather is iffy - but at airfield days, you're buggered if it starts sleeting down all afternoon!
