Has anybody got a canoe on top of an MX5 ?

I've seen some bikes on the back of MX5's but what about a canoe ?
Anybody done it ?!

I don't see why not. With the top down you could put it over the drivers side and sit with your head inside the canoe

Realistically, I don't see how you'd attach one...

I guess you could strap the nose down to the "tie down" loops in the mouth, strap the center to a roll bar and the stern tied down to the rear tie down loop. But to stop it flying up you'll have to put quite some tension on it all and I'd be worried about damaging the windscreen surround.

May be be possible with a kayak, but I think you would have no chance with a canoe.
