New headlights wanted

Hey everyone iv just bought my first ever Mazda mx5 mk2 but there's a few bits and bobs I need or need to do to get it the way I want.

I need:
1) 2 front headlight as the originals are cloudy so if you know anyone with a set or you have some yourself they would be great.
2) There's abit of fabric hanging down from the roof which I need to do but not sure what it is and where it goes so any info would be great.
3) And I need to give the vinle roof a really good clean so any tips or good cleaning products would be greatly appropriated thanks

1) When I had a Focus with cloudy headlights I cleaned them with T-cut and kept them clean using car polish.
