As winter Tyres are about £8 a corner cheaper! Plus I believe the larger sidewall will help in snow etc.

I calculate about 20mm difference.

They will fit.
Specification Sidewall Radius Diameter Circumference Revs/km Difference
195/50-15 98mm 288mm 576mm 1810mm 553 0.0%
195/60-15 117mm 308mm 615mm 1932mm 518 6.8%

But when your speedometer reads 70mph your actual speed will be 74.84mph. In theory, a tyre dealer will not fit them for you as they are more than 2.5% different from standard size. In practice of course it's not that difficult to find someone to change them. Whether you want to it is up to you.
