MK3 ARB Upgrade (Worth it?)

The bushes on the rear ARB are knackered. (as were the drop links)
Just out of interest were there any symptoms for the knackered bushes?my mk3 crashes over bumps where the suspension is at compression or extension (i.e. speed humps), particularly when cold (i.e. most of the time at the moment!) it has had an appetite in the past for front drop links, could the noise be related to the ARB bushes?

All I can say is we identified a "clonk" on rough surfaces and asked them to check over the suspension during a service to make sure it was all good. Which it wasn't but at least it's not a bust spring.my mk3 crashes over bumps where the suspension is at compression or extension (i.e. speed humps), particularly when cold (i.e. most of the time at the moment!) it has had an appetite in the past for front drop links, could the noise be related to the ARB bushes?
Every year at renewal time I send my insurance company a document detailing every modification my car has, all the way down to upgraded headlight bulbs. The only mods that have any affect on the price are the supercharger and roll bars. As for the rest, I just want to make sure that, in the case of a claim, everything is covered and also to cover myself so that they can't claim that I didn't inform them of anything which gives them the excuse to not pay out at all.
