A little brake related help.

Just a quick question, I've tried google and it has failed me... I've found lots of references to "and certain special editions..." but nothing exact.
Will an 1.8 Phoenix on an 02 plate have the larger brakes or just the standard 1.8 size?
Unfortunately my car is elsewhere so I lack the ability to measure the disks my self.

Probably not but the only way to be sure is measuring the discs.
For example, a friend has an Arizona which is supposed to have the standard 1.8 discs but has the big brakes for some reason.

My guess is that the big brake kit was factory fitted to the Mk2 1.8 cars that came with 16" wheels (which doesn't include the Phoenix), but that would only be a guess.
