MX5 Millenium Edition

I've been offered one of these relatively cheaply, I've been told it's a 6 speed 1.8, but I don't know much more than that! Is there anything I should be looking out for, if I go take a look at it?

Edit : It's probably a 10th edition version after a quick Google.
