Kerbed wheel replace or refurb?
Discussion
Not having a lot of luck with the MX5 at the moment!
At the weekend a kids ball hit the aerial and snapped it, now the wife has text me to say she's kerbed an alloy. They were immaculate so its annoying to say the least!
What are the chances of getting a similar s/h wheel in immaculate condition, and what will it cost (nothing suitable on e-bay at the moment). If not has anyone had a refurb done, and did it match the other wheels? Any recommendations in the north Kent area?
The wheel is a standard 5 spoke for a 54 plate car if its of any significance.

I had a kerbed wheel fixed by chips-away and I couldn't even tell you which wheel it was now. That was on an aftermarket OZ wheel so he had to match with the existing metallic paint too. Great job. As they are a franchise they are very dependent on the quality of your local guy though so go with local recommendations.

Thanks, I found them on google, and they look like a good outfit. Have you actually used them? If the refurbed wheel looks a different shade it will bug me
I've not used them but I know plenty who have. Unless using a good smart repair (if possible) I'd always have both wheels of the same side refurbed to make sure that the colour was the same.
