Just removed the oh so heavy AC pump & bracket from my '93 S Special, only to find that the slight weep from around one of the brackets holding the PAS cooler piping in place has now turned into a veritable spray of PAS fluid!!

Initial thoughts were to remove the cooler pipe section and simply join the pipe from the reservoir and the pump together with some high pressure rubber pipe?

I think that this is the low pressure return side anyway, so do not foresee any issues.

Has anyone else done this & any issues?

Cheers
Nick

Done it on mine as the PAS cooler was right where the intercooler needed to be. No problems after 8k miles. I suppose if you were using it to do slaloms in the Sahara it could be problematic but not really in the UK.
