After changing my coolant the past week decided to do my mates while I was on a roll. However, his radiator plug is stuck in and the plug is mangled where the Phillips needs to undo. Any help or suggestions on how to remove this?

They're plastic aren't they? If so, buy a new one then bang a flat-bladed screwdriver into the old one to get it out.

Just bypass the plug and do it the old fashioned way, take the bottom hose off!
