Guys, I am stumped. Big wet patch on driver seat after heavy rainfall. I have cleaned drain holes behind the seats and water flows freely. (unfortunately broke one of the rubber seals so it's super loud). What could be causing the wet seat?

Sorry! Soft top, 2008. Have experienced minor water leakage in the passenger footwell which I believe may be from the gromit on the hood in front of the windscreen, but never seen this amount of water on the actual seat!

Has to be roof really, probably the top seal of the window.

My soft top used to occasionally drip some condensation onto both seats when it got cold, but nothing significant - one or two drops at most.

I see that you learned the hard way about cleaning the drain tubes out - when poking from above, it is essential to never pull back up or it turns the 'flap' inside out. If it hasn't broken off completely, you may get away with shoving the cleaning brush (or wire, whatever) down and pull it out from underneath to turn it the right way around again.
