Price of torsen diff

Anyone? what are they new/second hand?
Might be buying an MX5 next year. Well I say buying, I may have to swap my 530 for one. Italy's a funny place.

When I have them, I sell them for £250 for the diff or £350 inc drive / propshafts.

I never have them long.

Take it this is the 1.8 diff. Does fitting this to a 1.6 alter the final drive?

Yes - but most 1.8 diffs are open not torsen.

1.6 = 4.3

1.8 = 4.1 (except a few ltd editions and 6 speeds)

So a negligable difference really.

Approx 70% of 1.8 Roadsters have an LSD IME.
