Yes they are the ones for headrest speakers. I'd be looking for £100 for the pair...

can you replace the speakers then? i had to disconnect the passenger one as it was vibrating and generally on its last legs

will need to chop the witres and use a new juction box or similar for ood connection to new speakers via small new bit of speker wire.
really really easy!! (even i managed to do it in about 30mins)
